The 'Bird in Hand' is a traditional village inn situated in the village of Saltford, which is on the A4 between Bristol and Bath.
Food is served at Lunchtime 12 - 2pm
Saturday & Sunday 12 - 2:30pm
Evening 6:30 - 9:30pm
Meals can be eaten either in our air conditioned conservatory, lounge Bar or the garden. There is a small family area.
It has stunning views over Kelston, a patio, garden and large car park.
There are petanque courts, where you are welcome to play (bowls provided) and the cycle track runs along the bottom of the garden.
After your meal you can take a stroll along The Shallows and feed the ducks on the river Avon; or walk a little further and visit the site of one of the oldest Brass Mills in the country. The village has many interesting facets and we are sure you will find something to catch your eye!
